For various activities at the Mega in Vienna, you need to book a time slot.

Get your tour pass / sticker album for the mega event in Vienna!
Collect stickers, discover Vienna and experience the Mega in a special way by completing 10 tasks.
For every task you complete, you’ll receive a sticker for your album from the information desk or from the game leaders on site.
Once you have collected 6 stickers, please fill in the competition entry form and hand it in at the information desk to enter the prize draw for some great prizes.
The more stickers you collect, the more legendary your collection pass becomes.

The tour pass costs €5 and can be purchased online through September 15 or at the information desk starting Friday, September 25.
It can be played on Saturday 26 September from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Some events have a limited number of participants. To help you plan for the event weekend, we’re publishing the main and side events for the Mega:

The events on Friday and Saturday will take place right on the event site. The CITO and Good Bye events are just outside the site, but still in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible.
As you requested, we will now have another batch of supporter shirts printed before the event.
This way, you’ll still have the chance to promote the event, whilst also being able to turn up at the event wearing your personalised T-shirts.
All orders received and paid for by April 30, 2026, will be considered.
The T-shirts will be ready by 20 May 2026, and we’ll take care of the handover.

It will still be a little while before Hornbert arrives in Vienna. But the event is already generating a buzz.
As well as the cool gym bags, which are perfect for carrying all your essentials and event goodies, lots of Hornbert soft toys have already arrived. They can’t wait to have a cuddle with you soon.

The time has finally come: advance ticket sales for the mega event in Vienna have begun.
Standard admission costs €5.
Discounts in the form of free admission are available to GeoW4 members, children and young people up to the age of 15.

We have already posted some information about the program here. However, we don't want to give everything away just yet, and we are still working on some ideas. But we can promise you that it will be another great weekend.
